Simon Goodfellow

Simon has been working in the fashion, sports apparel, footwear, and eyewear industries for more than 25 years, working in senior product, marketing, and commercial leadership roles for global brands, such as SKINS, Pony, Oliver Sweeney, and the Essilor Group. During his career, he has travelled extensively, building a trusted global network, covering Australia & New Zealand, all key Asian markets, UAE, Europe, and North & South America.

He is a seasoned turn-around and growth specialist with a proven track record of successfully restructuring and launching brands globally. Simon has developed strong sales and sourcing networks with responsive capabilities alongside expertise in brand and commercial strategy, marketing, and design.

A former competitive runner and swimmer, Simon continues to push his physical abilities with endurance challenges, applying the same determination and strategy for business success, to his training and events.

Lars Jorgensen

For more than 30 years, Lars has been involved in consumer-focused roles in fashion, sports, outdoor, and action sports. He has held senior roles with global brand companies, such as Timberland, PUMA, ALDO, Boardriders (Quiksilver, Billabong, Roxy, DC Shoes), LEGO Wear, ECCO and Seasalt Cornwall. During his career, he has worked across the globe and lived in North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the UK.

Lars has extensive experience in international expansion, development of strategic partnerships and brand retail, and has successfully managed and delivered several omni-channel development, change- and integration projects.

His main expertise lies in defining and operationalising growth strategies, channel development, and organisational development.

Lars is a Danish national, holds an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner.
